Felt tired today, after not enough sleep the last two nights. I had hoped to do a short speed session, but thought better of it when I felt so beat. My training schedule has a lot of flexibility built into it by necessity. So, I’ll try for some up tempo stuff on Saturday. Maddie’s sleep patterns have been erratic lately, meaning early rising for us which makes for some long days. Let’s hope that we all feel better rested tomorrow.
