Another cold, blustery day here in Maine. But it is winter after all, so I should expect nothing less. I dropped Maddie off at school this morning, so I was able to hit the roads for an easy 10-miler. I felt good and had no lingering effects from the long run on Sunday, which gives me confidence that my body is responding well to the increased mileage.

Its cold, but training this year (and last year for that matter) has been relatively easy compared to some years.

I also got a good confidence run in this weekend (18+ miles at Bradbury Park) with no ill effects in the next couple of days runs.

I’m glad to see the money raised going up so quickly; the total number is twice what it was the last time I visited the site!
