Training Log: January 31st, 2008

A good, hard speed session. An interval ladder of 1 mile (5:45) – 2 mile (5:42, 5:39) – 1.5 mile (5:39) – 1 mile (5:36). The speed sessions are progressing nicely, as each week is a little more challenging. This is the type of progress that I love to see during training; a workout that seemed very daunting a few weeks ago was maneageable today. I’ll use this workout as a steeping stone to next week’s speed session and to give me confidence for other up tempo workouts.
