An easy run this morning.  I felt sluggish after working until 11pm and having an early morning wake-up call.  The fresh air helped knock the hazy feeling out of my head and energize my body.

Hi Emily, I read about you and your daughter in New England Runner. Wow, you are an amazing person to raise funds while caring for your daughter, training at an elite level and working as a nurse. What kind of nursing do you do? I am also a nurse. I hope your daughter is doing well I have not read your blog yet, I look forward to reading it. I also look forward to seeing you race in April, I will send good positive thoughts to you and your family. You are an everyday hero!!!!!!!!! Oh can I just send cash to your cause? Take Care, keep on enjoying your runs! Great Attitude Friend! :) Tracey Timmins, Scituate MA
