Tempo session. 1 X 3 miles at 5:45 and 1 X 2 mile at 5:39 with a 2-mile warm-up and cool-down. This workout felt great. I settled nicely into a groove during both of the segments. My legs felt strong and fresh and my breathing was controlled.
